We had a good turn out for City Creek this morning. Travis, Ryan, Todd C., Kerry, Kerry's friend, John, and Rogers showed up for a fun ride with good weather and plenty of laughs....until Ryan put the hammer down! If we want to be like the Spiderbait team at Lotoja this year and have 4 to 6 guys that can work together like a bullet train, we better try and keep up with the likes of Ryan. He has already lost 5 pounds. Lets let that motivate us to not gain any weight this winter. A lot of the guys are planning on doing P90X exercise videos too.
Did Ryan give you "the look" before he took off?
He definitely looked back part way up but not right before he took off. But I felt like Ullrich always looks.
